My first visit to the infamous Lotteria. I was one of the first customers of the day the dining area and bathrooms were clean. The cashier was customer oriented explained the menu items. I opted for the shrimp burger with fries and a drink. I expected so much more from my food. It was very basic. The flavors weren't moving. I'll be in no rush to return.

Now there are no long lines. Why? Because it's not all that. In & out burgers beats it . For Korean food , I rather go to a nice Korean restaurant and for the same price I would eat better.

Tried the Bulgogi Shrimp Burger for pickup and loved it. The shrimp patty had the perfect crunch, and the bulgogi sauce added that signature Korean flavor -- sweet, savory, and satisfying. Everything tasted fresh, and the bun was soft and warm. The pickup process was quick and easy too. Highly recommend this burger if you're looking for something different but seriously good.

Tried the shrimp burger for the first time this weekend. It has a strange seafood taste, not sure if it's over cooked. Very expensive for a thin patty like this.

Went here on a Friday around 11:30 or so with my husband. We decided to go through the drive through. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food. Similar to in n out, they took our order and we paid and then we picked up our order. We got the bibim rice burger, the shrimp burger, and kbbq fries. Paid around $24. Sunday Dinner at Lotteria in Fullerton! Our first time eating here. Waited 10 min for food. Walking inside, it was clean, we sat down. The worker was willing to clean our table. We told her it was ok it is clean. During grand opening I heard there were long lines wrapped around the building taking 30 minutes plus. Their Bulgolgi Burger was sweet & petite. Came here to finally try Lotteria for myself as I've heard some mixed reviews and to me, it was a little underwhelming. I got the Bulgogi Burger and it was okay. I couldn't find anything special about it. It was a burger with a sweet sauce on it. Not that I was expecting something crazy, but I was hoping it had a more of a "wow" factor.
