Pretty good. I like the prices on the bowls, wished they carried Coke prices, but overall the food is pretty good. I really love the rice on the rice burger, it's delicious. It can fall apart a bit when you open the packaging so def eat right away but it's totally worth it. My kids love these burgers and want to order multiple when we go. They always ask to go when we're in the area/going by Disneyland. The spicy chicken is SPICY SPICY. Overall good tasting food for a good price! I recommend it :)

i was kind of underwhelmed by the food. the rice burger was tasty but not like craving worthy. the bulgogi burger + the fries were just okay to me. i am also sad i missed out on the txt photo cards! hopefully they come back again lol

Went on a Saturday ordered a shrimp hamburger with fries and a drink. Overall, it tasted pretty good and the prices were OK. Parking is OK and good customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious...this was our first time here so we tried their bulgogi burgers and also their fries. Fries were good but when it came to the flavors kinda disappointed it was powder we needed to put over our fries. Staff is friendly and location indoor seating is okay in size but definitely kept clean.

I was excited to try the famous Lotteria from Korea, but I think all the hype build-up made my expectations too high. Still, I had a decent experience here. I got the shrimp burger, which was pretty good but not super special. I really liked the onion fries though! That was probably the best part of the combo. This was kind of out of the way for me, so I'd only go again if I were in the area.

Korean food is generally sweet and this was no exception. Fries had a seasoning you add which tasted alright. I don't think this is a place I would come back again as the food was slightly decent for fast food.

It's good a worth a try. I've been wanting to check out this place all summer but I heard there were super long lines. I visited recently about an hour before their closing time and there was absolutely no wait. Glad we waited. Don't get me wrong. The food is good. And this is definitely a unique taste. Typical fast food ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. Please is clean and well maintained. Had the shrimp burger. It tasted similar to a filet of fish sandwich but a little better. Dressing is very sweet. The cheese seasoning for the fries is also very dsweet. I would probably come back to try the bulgogi rice burger.

I usually don't feel the need to leave reviews for fast food spots but this place is pretty unique. I was excited to try their burgers and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised! The bulgogi burger was so good, loved the flavors. Shrimp burger was good as well but the bulgogi was our favorite. Fries were good. The line has definitely died down from when they first opened so we got our food pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
