I don't know why the rating is so low, so I decided to give it a five. I really enjoy their bulgogi burger, shrimp burger, and sweet&spicy fries (honestly better the bb.q chicken's sauce). I am just glad that I can buy Korean burger in the US, and because of that I wouldn't complain about the price either. I missed bulgogi burger for a long time and now I visit Lotteria whenever I'm in Fullerton.

Heard a lot about this restaurant on social media and an average of 2 to 3 hours of wait time, so waited. Decided to give them a try today. At 11:30 AM the restaurant was completely empty and no cars on drive-through. In speaking with the employee she mentioned they were very busy when they opened now they're super slow. Came here for one of the top items off the menu I saw on past recent reviews that claimed was the most decent item to try.. the Bulgogi Burger. Saw someone also mentioned the burger was a little dry so ordered more mayo on my sandwich in case. Bulgogi sauce was pretty tasty, not salty or too sweet- had a kick to it and it was nice. Heard this was popular in South Korea and when it came to the states, we had to give them a try. We didn't want to come when it first open due to the fact that it was going to be very crowded and we didn't want to wait hours to try a burger. Visited on a weekday afternoon. The place was clean and not busy. We ordered via kiosk and waited about 10 mins for our order to be ready. We opted to try the onion flavored shake it fries- the onion flavoring tasted very artificial and tasted too sweet - 2/5 The shrimp burger 4/5: pretty good, tasted like real shrimp. 3.5/5! The shrimp and bulgogi burgers are good when fresh, though I do like the shrimp one more since its not as sweet. The shaken fries are also pretty good. Service has just been a bit slow each time I came so be prepared to potentially wait.

Honestly... my only complaint is that the food seems a bit too salty. But otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors are good, the ambiance is cute. It's definitely a nice change from the standard fast food options. Portions are pretty large; the fries and burger were huge for me! I wasn't able to finish both.
