Every time I give this place another try it just gets worse. I came here for dinner with my daughters at 6:20. We ordered 2 appetizers (nachos and Brussel sprouts) and 3 meals, one salad and 2 burgers. We sat and waited, appetizers came out about 20 minutes after that, but we sent the Brussel sprouts back. Then we waited again at 7:30 after watching 2 other tables get their food after they came in and ordered after us, I was ready to cancel our food and leave. Worst service ever!! Got here at 4:45p, got our waters at 5:30p and still haveny been asked if we anything. Yes I'm still here waiting. Guess how this party of 8 going to tip. FYI... Don't waste your time!!

$101 + tip was my bill of a burger I ordered medium raw and got gray and dry that it tasted like an over cooked, sauceless meatball, tacos that had "salsa" on them (aka raw tomatoes) and 2 shots -that don't have prices next to them. Honestly, pretty crappy. Work go back.. Updating to 3 hours later.. got food poisoning and puked my brains out. Yay.

-+I have been going to Maggie McFly's (all locations) for several years and have been dozens of times. While we've never been unhappy with the food or the service, the last 2 visits have been unsettling as far as their cleaning practices go. There is a bucket of water at the hostess table with a rag in it- this rag is used to repeatedly "clean" tables - and then the table is left slopping wet so when you sit down, your arms would get wet if you laid them on the table. Hands down, the worst food and worst service I've endured in many years. After ordering drinks, it took 30 minutes to bring them. After ordering main dishes, it took 50 minutes to bring out the meals. And, no, it wasn't busy there. They didn't have the ingredients for one of the drinks, so rather than ask what my guest wanted, instead, the server just brought something else that was not even comparable. Service was good and nothing bad to say about the server or customer service but the food is horrible! I feel like I just throw my money away every time I come here. Chicken picatta was quite literally chicken Alfredo ( no capers or lemon at all!) and the jambalaya was disgusting. It was literally tomato sauce with rice and mixed meat. No seasoning just straight up tomato sauce. Brussels sprouts were burnt and bitter. This will be my last time returning here. Maggie's has self seating at the bar area. We were not acknowledged by our server for over 10 minutes. Once we were, she took our order and she never came to our table again. Shortly after we received a new server who told us our previous server was now off shift and he'd be helping us. 20 minutes later still no food and our first server is back on the floor... helping other customers. Giving 2 stars only because the second server was very pleasant. Unfortunate because I love Maggie's. I'll stick to Glastonbury.

Very disappointed with the service and food. First of all, the place brags about the draft selection and the beer options. The waiter didn't have an idea on what they had for beer and did 3 trips up and down to suggest an IPA option. Lobster bisque was decent. Tower of onion rings was disappointing - very bland, the sauces were very bland too. We ordered nachos with chicken - it was bland too. Food is very good but service is so bad and staff is not good and the lady so late for every thing first she took order and never show up and after we got food then it was not we ordered and she said ohh this is for different table and when we got our food no utensils and after we ask for water she never come back so we have to go in front and ask other person for water like she doesn't want to work I don't understand if she don't like her job then why working we spend $200 on food but crappy service
