Service was good and nothing bad to say about the server or customer service but the food is horrible! I feel like I just throw my money away every time I come here. Chicken picatta was quite literally chicken Alfredo ( no capers or lemon at all!) and the jambalaya was disgusting. It was literally tomato sauce with rice and mixed meat. Maggie's has self seating at the bar area. We were not acknowledged by our server for over 10 minutes. Once we were, she took our order and she never came to our table again. Shortly after we received a new server who told us our previous server was now off shift and he'd be helping us. 20 minutes later still no food and our first server is back on the floor... helping other customers. Giving 2 stars only because the second server was very pleasant. Unfortunate because I love Maggie's. I'll stick to Glastonbury.
Very disappointed with the service and food. First of all, the place brags about the draft selection and the beer options. The waiter didn't have an idea on what they had for beer and did 3 trips up and down to suggest an IPA option. Lobster bisque was decent. Tower of onion rings was disappointing - very bland, the sauces were very bland too. We ordered nachos with chicken - it was bland too. Food is very good but service is so bad and staff is not good and the lady so late for every thing first she took order and never show up and after we got food then it was not we ordered and she said ohh this is for different table and when we got our food no utensils and after we ask for water she never come back so we have to go in front and ask other person for water like she doesn't want to work I don't understand if she don't like her job then why working we spend $200 on food but crappy service
Ordered a Cobb salad to go and they forgot the bacon. Ugh :( otherwise okay salad, better dining in

I went to Maggie McFly's and had the worst experience with not only the waiter but the food was not as I expected. I wanted to try out their special electric martini drinks and I got my drink in a whiskey glass instead of a martini glass. My order of mozzarella was burnt and my friends order never came out I don't think the waiter ever put it in. We left canceling her order and getting the mozzarella off the tap. I would never go back to the Manchester Ct.

The food here is amazing, however I wish I could say the same about the service. Our waitress was very kind and relatively quick considering we had a large group. However when the bill came, it was all screwed up there were things listed on the bill that we didn't even eat. The waitress had to come back at least 5 times and still did not have our correct bill. So we asked for a manager and he did not come, we even saw him looking at us hiding behind a wall. I can understand the waitress was probably new and inexperienced but... read more
Unfortunately, last minute Tuesday dinner was horrible. We been coming here a lot, and the last times have not been good. We are thinking this will be our last trip here, sad because we used to enjoy coming here for dinner, brunch at least a couple times a month. Very sad since this was one of our favorite places to go.

I'd give this ZERO stars if i could. every table around me got seated AFTER and left before us. Took 15 minutes just for drinks, 20 minutes for alcoholic drinks. almost 45 minutes just to get our food ordered. an hour and a half for appetizers. by that time we took our meals to go. was given no silverware. drink got spilled and they wiped it up so shitty we had to flag down a buss boy to reclean it. no napkins were given. oh and kevin watzka from NY says SMD!!! horrible service. this place is complete garbage.
