I felt like I was taken advantage of because my unit is older but it was working. It just had a problem of cooling to the right temperature. The tech kept saying my compressor was no good. He then put the power pack back in and my unit made a big bang sound. The tech made a commit on how he almost killed himself. If he was an experienced tech this would not have happened.
