My A/C unit stopped working this past Sunday night (high was about 106 that day). Maki responded first to inquiries and had availability the next day! The time window was between 12-3pm. I called at about 2:30pm, since the house was pretty warm, to see when they would be out. They were running late, but we weren't the only ones whose AC died. They arrived around 4pm. Super quick response time and incredible service. AC back up in running within an hour. Great communication and professionalism.
Maki goes above and beyond in their timely response (even during crazy times/holidays/evenings) and provides excellent service! I wish more service vendors were like them. Oh and they can handle electrical issues too! Definite peace of mind when they are on the job.

Maki is bitchen!!!!! Love their $12 a month program where they come out bi annually to do thorough check of system. Friendly, knowledgable staff is great too. Cindy is a hootU call and u get a human!!!!!! Imagine that! Grateful to have found them.The best!

MAKI Electric did a great job scoping out and installing our Generac natural gas generator earlier this year. I was so impressed with their work that I signed on to their Gold Plan for HVAC maintenance, after leaving a company where I had a 25-year history. (That company grew too large and service plummeted.) BRENT came today for our first AC service with Maki and did an outstanding job including detailed documentation. MAKIs phone interface is also excellent. MAKI, keep up the quality and don't get too large.
We have been using Maki for all of our HVAC needs for many years now. They are always on hand to give advice when needed and if they can't do the job they always give local recommendations. No wonder they have been voted Best of the Best for over 10 years.
I would highly recommend Maki if you ever need even just simply maintenance.The ladies setting up the appointments are kind and professional. The servicemen are on time. Communication is awesome. You'll get a reminder call the day before and a half an hour the day of to let you know they're on their way. We have Had the pleasure of Brent coming for the last two years. Awesome Technician. My guess with the reputation of this company that all of their service techs are awesome.
