Terrible bad experience so troubling I will never come back after spending so much money through out the years
Made an appointment for an oil change and said I would be waiting. When I arrived at my appointment time, they said it would take 3 hours.
Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with they straight up lied to my face and when I said something about it they just beat around the bush will never bring my vehicles back and will tell everyone to stay away from here. I hope someone reaches out to make this right but no one here knows what there doing. I was told I spoke to the service manger come to find out he’s not the service manger no help here.
They had my truck for two days after I setup an appointment a week earlier to make sure I wouldn't have to wait long and they never even looked at it. Just say there for two days
Incompetent employees. Dealership has gone downhill over the last two years. More than one chink in your chain.
It took them 4 visits to diagnose a transmission problem with my car. FOUR visits! During the 3 first times they sent me back home saying that there was nothing wrong with my car. They only were able to diagnose it once the reverse broke! By then, my car became not fixable and I had to sell it for parts. I don’t recommend Ford at Mall of Georgia or any Ford anymore.

The dealership attempted to charge me for unnecessary services (duplicates) and kept my car for over a month. It took over a week for a simple diagnosis. My car was returned with 0 miles to empty gas and a problematic battery (not identified). It went back for a faulty part and took a week to fix with inadequate communication on the issue and when it would be resolved. This is the short version of my concerns.
When I bought the pickup truck, I saw that it had 1,600 miles on it, and I said, "I bought a new car." no body care.!!
Never get any information about vehicles. A vehicle sat for 18 days before getting a tech assigned to vehicle. You have to pry to get any information from them about the status of your vehicle. If your service advisor is not there then nobody can get any information about what is going on with it.
