I brought my truck up there because the air conditioning went bad while it was up there I asked for some nails to be taken out of my tires and my tires repaired. They called me when my truck was ready. I asked if the tires got repaired they said yes I came up there to pick it up. I did not even check. I drove off a lot when I got home, I saw the nails were still in the tires. I did a survey and rated you guys as a two.Then I had somebody. I will start off with the positive. The salesman we had was not pushy an very upfront from what they can and can’t do. The truck I bought is nice and that’s about the only enjoyment I got from this dealership. Don’t expect this dealer to do anything on the “we owe form” or if it is done it will be worse than before. I spent 65k on a truck and had 3 things in writing to fix. The three things were pretty low cost items and if anything really cheap for them since they have a Collision center. Not enough communication considering you have a persons car. Slow service and lack of knowledge with the employees I dealt with.

Aliana was terrible to work with. Bad communication and was never told when she had a day off so would go that time not knowing anything about my vehicle status and had no idea she wasn’t even in that day. Her attitude was so terrible as well. I sincerely hope to never have to deal with her ever again. I felt like a burden every time I asked a simple question about my own vehicle.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Mall of GA Ford for 15 years, and have been happy until now. I brought my van in at the end of October 2024. The heat and ac went out. I was charged over $4,700 to fix, but only the heater was fixed. At the end of March 2025, I was charged $8,000 to replace radiator and fix AC. The AC was still not fixed. Near the end of April I brought the van back to have the AC fixed AGAIN. Melvin Knight gave me a price of $3,800 for this next FIX. Back brakes squel when backing up. I sent a video of them squel ing and also the service advisory that says ford knows about it. I did not receive a response other than it doesn't do it for them!

They did not fix the issues I came in with and I left with more issues on my truck

The technician accidentally left the oil cap off after changing the oil and I drove 3500 miles before I discovered it. MOG Ford attempted to make it right by towing to their shop to diagnose. They claimed it was just two quarts low but when I checked it before it was picked up, it was bone dry. When I picked my truck up, no paperwork was provided.
