Excellent Customer Service! I purchased my a 2013 Ford Fusion in April of 2013 and was pleased with my overall experience. When it came to my first oil change they offered a complimentary service and from that point on I will not go any where else. Excellent Customer Service This was a very pleasant experience to visit Mall of Georgia Ford. They were exceptionally professional and made you feel like a member of the family! Bought a new used car By the time we made it here, we were getting burnt out on car shopping due to a few less than pleasant experiences with other dealerships. We weren't planning on buying a Ford, but salesperson Nick Scofield was very helpful in finding low mileage SUVs in our price range. Amazing Purchase Experience on my 2015 Mustang GT I wanted to buy a 2015 Mustang GT. It wasn't a question of IF but a question of WHERE. Best Dealership Service experience I've ever had I've had three visits to this Ford Dealership Service Department. Issues that I thought they might look at me as if I was crazy...explaining squeaks or wind noise, etc. To my surprise they took me serious and found the issue the first time. awesome service Adrian was our sales person and he went above and beyond during our purchase of a 2015 Ford explorer limited. He came in on his day off and had to change paperwork because we found a different vehicle we wanted and done it in a timely manner. Kenny Jordan was very efficient in getting us back on the road for our four hour drive home. Thanks guys!

Quick and Easy Was able to make an appt. for the next day. Went in for routine maintenance and a headlight adjustment. The service team was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Vehicle was ready about 30-35 minutes after being checked in. I will return for my next service.
Excellant Experience My husband and I was dreading having to buy a car after our car was totaled out. I can say that between William Odom and Chuck Ryland our experience was a dream come true! Its not one you expect in a car dealership. Our guys were great to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone reading the reviews. Everyone was great Kevin Sims is awesome. He will do everything to get you in the car that you want for a great price. The finance manager did not try to sell us unnecessary things and was honest and forth coming. Overall the best car buying experience Ive ever had.
