I had an issue with my rear window defroster, several gridlines were discolored and did not work at all. This is on my brand new F150 XLT. Brought it in for service and they told me that they had never seen anything like that. Made me come back 3x for the same issue, never returning my calls and at the end the only thing that they did was giving me an email from the service manager with the statement that "removed grid lines are not warrantable". Had the right truck, but!! Salesman was friendly but unskilled. Sent in purchase info and $3k deposit to expedite paper work per website and still took over 3 hours for a cash deal. Had to have title paperwork filled out 3 times before they got it right. Salesman promised SYNC3 software and maps were up to date or else I could do it very simply at home. Not up to date. Not simple. Not a free download as I was told. Worst of all. they hit you with $249 for 'ZAKTEK ULTIMATE' which is basically the old 'clearcoat' with a fancy ... read more

Diagnosed my problem but gave Little support My 2016 Ford F150 had a common problem with the APIM Module. this is the module that controls the touchscreen display, navigation and all the voice commands. Mine, like many others, quit working in less than three years but I happen to be over the 36,000 mile warranty. Obviously this is an item that is not a function of miles but rather time.. Very rude, Adrian took over and helped me. Gene is very rude. He cussed at us. Only god knows what we went thru with him. I wish I can upload the video when i spoke to him. I did show the video to the manger kevin. I was buying a used car for about 7k. He called me broke because and called the car cheap.

Ford dealer cannot repair a Ford Taurus Took my 2004 Taurus to have air bled out of power str system. I had to replace a pressure line and was unable to bleed the air out ( noisy pump) I am was a dealer mechanic for GM fir 18 years and thought the Ford dealer could repair this fir me. They tried to bleed the system but said the pump was causing air to enter the system so they said you need a pump. Long story short the replaced the pump with a Ford rebuilt pump. Parts Purchased Bought backing plates for tie downs on a Ford F-150. MOG Ford recently repaired my 2016 F-150. Have nothing else to add but having a minute mum required amount of words is poor customer service........

Trading in my car My agent find a car the fit everything I needed. However I had to return , an hourlong drive, to sign papers they forgot to have me sign. They also told me I would still be blento use Smart Note for payments which I love but when I called Smart Note to change over vehicles I was told they no longer do vehicle loans. Lastly I didn’t get my license plate back which I assumed I would, small item, just annoying.

I was looking for a Ranger and MIGF had one I was interested in. Worked with Chaz and we had agreed on a.price so I went in to try to get the deal done. Once there I had to work with Chaz' sales manager Aaron. Not only was Aaron offering me the same truck at least $3000 over MSRP but also told me that was the very best he could do in order to get 3.9% financing. Needless to say that I didn't get the truck. Lying and untrustworthy in every way!! Would rate Negative if I could. These people are not trustworthy in any way and will lie to you to get you to the dealership. I went to the dealership on Monday and looked at a specific truck, I was given several workups on price and left Monday after seeing some figures. I put in an online inquiry about a truck and then proceeded to communicate with Gene via text message throughout the day.
