I have had 2 service experiences now with this dealership and both were terrible. Communication is atrocious every step of the way. I have called their service number at least 20 times and had a human pick up 3 of them. They apparently can't afford staffing to properly do the job. The service director should absolutely be fired as he hasn't a clue how to run a department. And I have been the GM of 2 dealerships in Atlanta, so I know a bit of which I speak.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to ask about why my credit was ran more than five times for the purchase of one car. Spoke to Mike Wright and he just spoke over me and got extremely loud and unprofessional. Spoke down to me as if i was illiterate.
