Worst service Worst customer service ever. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car just that it would cost 600 dollars to fix it. But when asked what was wrong with it he said he’s not sure.. so then took it to a dealer in Pennsylvania and found it is was a 50 dollar fix and not a 600 dollar fix

Get What You Pay For?? I paid over $700 for multiple work to be done including oil change. Less than 2 weeks after my Oil Change MSG flashes?!?!?! If this wasnt done correctly...what else was?

Misleading, ads Internet ads are misleading, shows fully optioned car but actual price reflex without all the options. Sales person did not explain clearly on price, options, etc. Couple of days after I pick up the car, the sales person called me said I need to sign one more document, and said he will come to my house to get a signature but he did not show up, twice. Without any notice.

Promises Broken We purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. The vehicle had a small scratch on the hood. Leo, our Sales Representative said they would take care of the scratch and he would call us as soon as he got the appointment scheduled the next day. NO call the next day and we then called the next 4 days and left messages with Leo to call us back. Never got a call back. Went to the Mall of Georgia Ford and found Leo. Very Bad Experience. The Mall of Georgia Ford Service Department should continue working to put the customer’s needs first, specifically when service advisors mishandle the requested service order made by the customer. In my case, there was obvious communication failures between service-advisors that lead to a missed opportunity in getting my 2008 Ford Explorer repaired correctly on the first attempt. Feel ripped off Took company van in to check out hard shift told needed 4500 transmission. Picked it up discovered they had not even checked the fluid level. Added 1.5 quarts fluid. Van smoothed out in a few days and is running fine. Never even thru a code or a check engine light. Called twice for managment and never got a call back Ripped off for diagnostic fee. Sure they did nothing

Poor customer service Brought vehicle in for a check engine code, was charged $135 to tell me it was not covered by the warranty. Picked truck up and attempted to drive home, an error code flashed on dash- took vehicle to another shop only to find out that the problem was they unplugged a sensor. Would not recommend the service department.
