I frankly speaking, they are just liars. They did not give service and I feel every word service advisor was lie and they stole my)$1000: They are not realable and I don’t mind helping someone who goes to Mall of Georgia Ford. Do not trust Patrick service advisor.

Bought a brand new 2023 Ford F-150 Platinum edition from this dealership. The A/C does not work properly and the dealership won’t fix it. They tried twice and just simply gave up. They told me FORD headquarters are working on the issue and in the meantime there is NOTHING they can do. So here I am stuck with a pretty expensive truck with a malfunctioning A/C.

I sat for 4 hours after I was told my service person would come out to greet me She was not told I had arrived and it took another 45 min before my car was ready. Then, the paper and plastic was left in my car after my service and finally... my car was blocked in and I couldn't leave for 10 minutes after my keys were returned.

Went in for recall came out with other items broke. Had to pay for things they broke.

They purposely covered issues with car that I didn’t discover until I signed all paperwork and tried to crank the car the following day.
Service advisor not too informed about service specs. Recommended service that wasn't necessary. Tried to upsell everything. Took forever to get my car back while waiting. Probably never going back.

I am expecting a replacement part. It’s been almost two months and no one has called me to let me know why it is taking so long. I have called twice and they keep telling someone is going to call me !

Worst customer service and service ever. Had my truck there for transmission repair under warranty. The “courtesy vehicle” they gave me broke down on me. I got it towed back 1 minute after they closed and they couldn’t help me get another after I called and spoke to someone that said they can help me. Got another vehicle for a couple more days and then mine was “fixed”. They charged me for the “courtesy vehicles, yes the one that broke down on me too.
