The leasing process was bad. The lease buyout was bad. The junk fee to but the lease is bad. I would darken your steps ever again.

It took three different visits to address the issue that worsened and could’ve been potentially dangerous.

It took 5 days to replace a battery and they did not keep me updated in any way during the process. Everytime I would call I would be sent to a voice-mail box and never receive a callback

Getting through the phone system and speaking to a real person is painful. And after 3 weeks and 6 messages, I never got a return call. 4th week of trying and I finally reached service advisor Stephanie, who was great. She alone brought the rating up 3 points.

The service technicians should be retrained. They didn’t know how to take off my lug nuts. They said it was too rounded and when I tried removing them they easily came off. Either the technicians are incompetent or they are liars. They also tried to upsell me on services I didn’t even need like my spark plugs which were recently changed etc. they tried to make my mileage an excuse for the upsell. I just wanted a simple break services that shouldn’t have cost more than $500 but instead they quoted me for $2000 for services I ... read more

Sales department is great. Will buy here again. Service dept is rude and lacking in quality of work provided. They cause more issues than they fix.

Messed up my car. They were not thorough with work or communication. Will not be bringing my vehicle back there.

Came here for 100,000 service (had already had spark plugs, and cooling system flush prior to this visit). So basically an overpriced oil change and “world class inspection”. They wasted my time (scheduling me when the mechanic who could fix open recalls on my truck wasn’t working), took 4 hours longer than promised, and returned my truck leaking oil. Worst experience I ever had for a car repair they hung up on me three times all I wanted was information about my car and to give them some information about my car and it took them over a week for them to tell me what was wrong with my car very disappointed with them
