Just out to get more money I went to get a simple alignment on my truck after I had some work done by my mechanic. They said that they were able to almost align it but that I had to replace a bunch of front end parts to get it exact. After I paid I never was given the paper that shows the alignment information. Damage to seat back after oil change, etc. service I was in for an oil change and battery replacement on I believe Wednesday 9/25/19. As I was getting out of my truck on Friday I noticed a slice in the driver seat back. We immediately emailed Tony Owens about it with pictures. He said we would look into it. Appointment for oil change I was there for an oil change, had an appointment and waited 3 hours and my car had not even been looked at yet. That is way too long to wait for an oil change with an appointment!!!

They can not multitask I came in with 2k miles on my new truck. Several 8ssues already. They replaced the rear sensor and light assembly, and a couple minor things under warranty. Then they couldn't figure out the technology issue, so they did a hard reset and claimed it was fixed. Part of my issue already stated that if you do this it takes up to 4 days to break again. Very long oil change Went in for oil change and left about four hours later. Had a 7am appointment and they were done about 11 am. Slooooow service. Happy with work done it just took way to long.

Bought a used gmc truck, came w 1 key. I asked about another key. Shawn said be here on Friday as we have a third party vendor making keys that day. He said he would get a key for me at dealer cost. Needless to say he did not honor that statement saying the manager that oversaw my deal( 5 days prior) no longer works there. It’s the little things that matter. Ruined a relationship that has included purchases of 2 vehicles totaling over $50,000, all for the cost of a key.

Nothing I went to bought a car from mason Clark and there was some repairs needed to be done before I took the car home like some paint chipping. And he promised to fix the spots including the one of the main spots on the hood. So when I went to pick the car back up it was not done then about a week later after the managers where throwing me around in a circle they said they was not going to fix my hood. Poor after sales response Two issues: whoever performed the certification inspection failed to notice or do anything about the inoperative passenger seatbelt problem.. won't latch. Covered under warrantee but costing me time - two trips to get fixed after taking possession of 2018 cart and I can't drive anyone in front passenger seat until part is available at local dealership and fixed. Service Drop the vehicle whit check engine light off Pick up whit check engine light on. Because I didn’t fix the car there (replace spark plugs) they let check engine light on even it was of when I dropped.(Other wise I can’t understand why they left that light on) Thank you
