I bought my vehicle at this dealership, but I think since then the quality of service has gone down, especially in the service department

I took my vehicle there for a recall and the vehicle is still having the same problem after they "fixed it", it is the third time I take the vehicle to Ford for this issue and they don’t fix anything.

I made an appointment and took my 2004 Ford Thunderbird in to have just a few things done to it; left brake light bulb replaced, headlight direction adjusted, etc. After my car was kept for a day and a half, I was contacted and told I could pick up my car. When I picked up my car, repairs had not been done and I was told that my car was obsolete and too old to be repaired. Service associate never bothered to call me back. ..my time. I urgently needed to get work done because the vehicle was going out of town. It took him 2 days of following up before I was able to get in touch. No other service person was willing to help because he was already assigned. That shouldn't have to be the case.
