This place is a rip. Over priced. And I didn't realize I paid 8000 over msrp until it was to late. This should be illegal. Had a loaner vehicle and it broke down on side if road. I called and they basically told me to figure it out. My truck is still having the same problems it did when I took it in the first time. Also they have the worst inventory selection around the area. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

This Ford dealer made me feel like they were too busy for my business. My service advisor was very uncommunicative I had to consistently follow up to get any information. Ultimately my diagnostic service only resulted in a recommendation for a phaser job but I did not get any information about what diagnostic was done or what the results of the diagnostics were.

Service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My service guy Chris was rarely available, and routinely told me "he'd have to check with ..." I delivered my car on Sunday evening for a routine service with a couple of small problems to fix and I'd get it back Monday afternoon. It was not ready. I finally was told to come for it on Wednesday. When and I got there it was not ready. I spoke with a different service person and got the car on Thursday afternoon. VERY upsetting and EXPENSIVE for me to get other transportation.

I had to edit my review due to my first and only service experience. I made an appointment last week for 10:00 today. I pulled into the dealership and looked everywhere for signs for the service drive. After circling my car through the lot I parked and went in. I was then told the service department is in a totally different building behind the dealership.....for some reason they chose to put the directory sign for parts/service as you are leaving. I went in for a paint protection service, & now my hood looks noticeably worse. It has large “brush-like” strokes that are too visible. I gave it time to settle, but the stroke marks have remained! And the paint has dulled down considerably. I’m not sure what all was done, but it looked better before I took it in. Now I’m left looking for a corrective paint job from SOMEWHERE!

Always issues here, went to pick my car up and they couldn’t find it waited 20+ minutes I don’t understand how you loose a car! I always call to follow up on my parts on order to see if they have come in. I have had my Bronco a little over a year and this is the 2nd time my sunroof has been worked on.
