Long wait for service. Plan on leaving vehicle for at least a day. Not willing to stand behind defective compressor on Ford Escape only 5K out of warranty period.

Worst dealership to do business with; which is why didn’t buy from them. There was a time when MOGF was awesome. They’ve gone downhill from 5 years ago. Stay away!!!

I was two days at the dealer because the technician did not do a good job Two of the tubing was not connected right. i have to connected my self.i back to the dealer to check .they not founded a problem.they gave me my car back and to two weeks after I found they did not install back The screws of the cover right and I have to pay at other person to do that.

Warranty Work Just Doesn't Pay Enough Picked up a warranty engine replacement. xx engine light came on within 3 miles of leaving dealership. The "faulty" sensor was probably broken during the engine replacement and not taken care of at that time. Cost $300 and 3/4 day sitting around waiting for the diagnosis. The A/C compressor also had to be replaced during the repair at my expense... It didn't have a problem prior to coming into the shop.

Mall of Georgia Ford STOLE from us. On April 25th, 2020 we went to Mall of Georgia Ford at 4525 Nelson Brogdon Blvd in Buford. We spent 4 hours there trying to purchase a 2015 F150. We were initially told there were a few problems verifying our funds with different banks, however after a while the sales representative came back and said we were funded! We signed the paperwork for our current vehicle, a 2012 F 150, to be traded in and then finished signing the paperwork for our new vehicle, the 2015 F150. We left that day wit... read more

Went in for an oil change, and left with the mechanic recommending over $600 of unnecessary repairs! Recommend brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels. Totally unnecessary. Transmission fluid flush; unnecessary. Coolant flush; unnecessary!

The sales team was absolutely amazing but the service team is the exact opposite. I went from never wanting to buy from any other dealership to never wanting another ford.

The team is very professional, however, the cam phaser repair has not resolve engine issues. The truck is going back for its third related service in Barrie ON Canada on May 5th. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the truck and the continued high volume of recalls. As far as I am concerned Ford should up the overall bumper to bumper warranty to 10 yrs 150 K miles.
