Bad service from the agents, no answering phone calls, no resolving my issue, bad actitud find almost everybody

Ordered 2 transits and never had a follow-up. Came in to get my refund and they took my info and I'm still waiting for the response 😒

Last two service writers refused to address my recall issues and very poor demeanor! He said on the last visit he would call me back with an update and never did!!!

Took car in for a recall. Had appointment said would get back that afternoon. No call. Next day got call saying part wasn’t available yesterday car is ready now. Upon looking at invoice it says rear toe link ball joint inspection. Was the part actually replaced? Recall states due to driving on salt treated roads this could be an issue. We lived in MO prior to moving to GA. Concerned that part was not replaced. I have called and left messages for someone to verify that indeed part was replaced and have yet to get a call back ... read more

Disappointed it took so long to discover it was a motor mount. Dropped car off on Thursday 11/2 and it was completed on 11/10. Problem was discovered on Tuesday 11/7. Part was not ordered until 11/8. Part came in on 11/9. Car was not done until 11/10. It should have been done on 11/8. Cost me two extra rental days with Ford Rental. $80.

Not the best experience with this ford dealership I've brought my truck there 3 different times for the same issue and was never fixed and am still having issues.

If i could give this a minus 15 i would. CarterWilson is an unscrupulous salesperson. There was an unannounced bait and switch of vehicles. An unannounced $500 wax job added to the vehicle. A lot of details were inconsistent between quotes and as im finalizing the transaction with clarity questions he tells me it's just been sold…. I spent 7 hours of my day finalizing the deal with him and then he pulls this. Seems like they were stalling on purpose. Either way. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear anything for days. Had to keep texting and calling. Just needed oil changed and breaks. Extremely frustrating. There was also an issue that came up from my previous repair. And I was told it’s nothing just brakes. Now my truck is leaking and the guard underneath is falling off. And the brakes squeak.

Never take your car , truck , motorcycle, bicycle, scooter or roller skate here for repairs when you get it back from them there will be problems you didn’t have when you dropped it off, they will recommend engine replacement when all it needed was a headlight bulb!!!!
