This location has poor communication. They take up to 48 hours for simple diagnostics basically meaning my car is just sitting there for days until they can get around to it. And now I’ve been waiting for 5 days still with no word for an AC check. This is a poorly ran service center.

My entire wheels was about to fall off on a 2018 Platinum Expedition. They have no care about the safety of their cars. They are not accommodating.at all. Will never buy a Ford again.
Brian said we needed a new control unit for our heating and cooling system in our 2012 Edge, which cost almost $1,500. All that was needed was the control unit had to be rebooted. Thank goodness for one of your salesmen.
They are terrible, I had my engine go out in my used car after a month of having it. And the only thing they did was try and sell me a brand new car twice the amount of the used car and twice the amount of a car payment I needed. They didn’t care about anything else only in selling me a new car. Didn’t offer any other way of helping me.
Was told the vehicle had what I was looking for but actually it didn’t
I went to dealership to have a recall repaired and have them look at my transmission. I was told it would be at least 2-3 wks before they could get my car in. I bought it brand new in November and only has 9946 miles on it. Was told I would get a call to schedule when service had a chance to “fit” me in. As of today I have not received any calls. I did call today at 3:15 with no response .
The process to purchase the Bronco for my daughter took longer than I expected. The Financing in my opinion pulled one over on me at a 6.9 interest rate. I was not told the rate until after signing.
Lack of communication between service advisor and customer. Not returning calls. The recommended repair did not fix or address the issue reported. Costly repair without any indication it was needed.
