"Fixed" 3 Times under Warrenty, but not the 4th I am total dissatisfied. We had the same issue "fixed" 3 times under warranty, and now the car is out of warranty so i had to pay for the repairs. I suspect we will have the same issue again in a couple years. I was bounced back and forth between the dealership and Ford. All were nice folks but no one would step up to cover the costs in any material way. And i am a Ford customer, in addition to this mustang, I have had an Expedition and 3 Trucks over the past 20 years.

Service sucked! Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, and even though it was scheduled it took almost 3 hours to complete. Also realized the next day the had not put my lock key back in my truck so I had to go get it. And to make matters worst, after a week I realized the had only rotated the tires on ONE side. So I had to go back for them to rotate the other side. I am so glad I noticed thanks to the brake dust on my wheels. Horrible service.

Gene explained in detail how they go through every vehicle to make sure it’s worthy to sell. The morning after buying the vehicle engine light came on. Service department stated they don’t work on GMC. Called Gene twice, no return call. Repaired the vehicle at the reputable service center. They explained. To me that the oil hadn’t been changes . The oil pan was crushed. Made all necessary repairs approx 600.00, Lesson learned as far as I’m concerned. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Not happy with sales or service. Had an issue i pointed out and wanted fixed. Sales or service disabled the feature ( heads up display) and said they coukd not find issue. Service said i had to get ranger rover to confirm obvious problem was not normal.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. They really could care less about you. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again. My check engine light came on three weeks ago. I dropped my car off and it takes them two days to call me back saying the transmission is broken. Another five days pass and I stop by to get a parking pass out of my car. While I'm there I ask what was broken. Update as of January 6 at 5:15 PM. Sitting in showroom for 50 minutes and counting. Waiting to speak to Jeffery Wessels the General Manager. Yes, that is correct, we have been waiting 50 minutes to speak with the GM. He has yet to reach out to us to address our concerns. Very disappointing, but not surprised given the current history of how they have handle their poor paint repair work. We purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. Incomplete repair/cleanup and safety inspection items undocu Brought truck in for diagnosis and repair of right front wheel. Was found to be stuck brake caliper piston Repair parts and labor wete extremely overpriced. Replaced both front rotors and right side brake caliper only & was a rebuilt one...not new!!!! Brake fluid was drained from front lines only but was charged for complete brake fluid changeout. All lines were not drained and purged. Truck was not cleaned up afterwards. I was along with my boyfriend to see him being mistreated by this Ford location. It was awful to say the very least. I was there when Leo Bond told my boyfriend Nate James, along with his parents, that a small scratch on his car would be repaired. Sterling was interruptive and a super bad reputation of Ford as a company. He did not care one bit what his employee told a customer and handled things horribly for someone in a management position.
