Would not call us back to make appointment for service call. Finely had to drive there to get appointment. The service and work were excellent, but had to drive to get things started

Attempted to schedule service for a recall but the service department never called me back.

Can never reach anyone in service, noone ever calls back. They ALWAYs find more to fix than you ask for. They do everything they can to get out of fixing something they broke, even if under warranty

Stephanie, Service Provider made me feel that dealership is not honest. She works there and either inexperienced or something. My car was there for 2 days and nothing was done. She left voice mail and texted but I couldn’t get her back. Either your dealership is too busy or something, as I called for 4 days to get through to make an appointment. I shouldn’t have believed 24 to 36 hours. Then after my car was there Wednesday she said it would be Friday afternoon before they could even diagnose my car problems. I am very disap... read more

On 8/11/2023, my 2yr old, 2021 Ford Explorer wouldn’t start. The power accessory would turn on, then there was a whole bunch of clicking noises while the engine tried to turn over. Then came the acrid smell and smoking from the engine. We have the car towed to Mall of Georgia Ford, who agreed to make an appointment for my car on Tuesday, 8/15 at 7am. Went to go get my 2002 truck checked out and asked them to do a wheel alignment and change the dif fluid. After the high price of the quote they no longer wanted to change the dif fluid. Took my buisness elsewhere

Dealership is cool, either under staffed or staff that is there isn’t really in their job. I was suppose to get a call back about a recall. Never got it months went I by and I went in. Dealership told two days for my truck ended having it 5-6 days and whoever was helping was not replying back to the text in time nor do they have loaners. Wasn’t pleased at this location like I am at others

After four visits for the same thing, they could not fix my car. They were always lacks in, turning around and timely manner as well.
