It takes too long for your vehicle to be diagnosed. They won't let you schedule a time in advance to bring your car in for an assessment, you have to stay in a queue that takes 2-3 weeks just to determine what the problem is and if it's covered by the warranty. Additionally, the manager is unhelpful and defensive of the processes.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change with a 7:00 am appointment, first one in line for the day. I showed up at 6:45 am. At 9:00 am I went looking for the service person handling my work order. He was out. The work was completed at 9:30 am and no explanation for the delay was given. No one from the dealership approached me the entire time to warn me of a delay. I will find a different dealer or service center to handle my oil changes in the future.

There is a lack of knowledge, sense of urgency and understanding when dealing with Darreyell. The service advisor role does not seem to suit her. She had very little product knowledge she over, promised, and under delivered every time we communicated and struggled to do simple tasks like email me a picture of my vehicle. If they assign her as your service advisor, I would say to immediately ask for any other advisor.

I was rushed through to buy the Maverick, but my truck order was lost. The finance guy was great though.

I brought my new car in because the lane assist wasn’t working. The service s department told me “this is how it works”. I checked with other bronco owners who confirmed this is not the case. I am waiting for another dealer to fix it.

Horrible Horrible Customer Service! ! Had vehicle for 3 weeks and would not call back after leaving numerous voicemails. Finally got ahold of Service Advisor after 2 weeks of no contact. He promised to call me back that afternoon… didn’t call back

They beat the estimated time quoted Still not happy a transmissions has fatal failure at 115k with all service up to date

This place has shady dealings. I received a recall notice from Ford called my local dealership to schedule execution of the recall and was told that I had to pay for the diagnostic service in order to have the recall executed. When I called Tyler to further inquire as to how the diagnostic test was necessary. I was told that my vehicle was over the maximum amount of mileage allowed for the recall (not a real thing). The check engine light is continuously coming on my new Ford truck signaling a problem with the evaporative fuel system. Instead of fixing the issue they reset the light and told me there is not a problem. This light has come on at least 6 more times in the following month. If there is no issue with the truck then maybe there is an issue with the sensor?
