I have brought my 2022 Mach E in 3 times to have the charge port replaced or fixed. It is still not fixed and no word as to when or how it will be replaced. This needs to get resolved asap. Ridiculous to have an electric vehicle that does not indicate that it is charging. I purchased 2 2022 Mach E’s from Mall of Georgia at full MSRP plus an outrageous dealer markup for both. Please help me get this problem resolved before it becomes a bigger issue with lemon law.

Mechanic left his drinking cup in the cup holder with water still in it. The body shop also left a smear of some type of glue on the grab handle of the passenger seat.
Terrible communication and accountability. I will not allow Mall of Georgia ford to work on my truck again.
Had the worst experience ever. service tried to sell me a motor for $9,000.even though I had factory warranty and I purchased a life time warranty.then the service representative told me to take my truck somewhere else.
I took my 3 yr old car in - 31,000 miles with transmission/shifting concerns, . I requested the software to be checked. Someone drove it, said everything was fine but they never checked the software and it still shifts rough. Common problem with the model.
Made appointment to bring car in to check antifreeze leak. Kept up with location on my ford app. Car did not move until 3rd day, when I received call telling me they couldn’t find the leak?! Carried it to another ford dealership and they called me within 2 hours to let me know where the leak was coming from. Not sure why I had to make appointment if they are not going to work on until 2 days after appointment.
Lack of communication. No knowledge on the vehicle that was sold to me. After dealing with this dealership and another dealership, MOG Ford lacks greatly in common sense. Will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership or ever service a vehicle with them either.
Went in with no check engine light and when I got the car back I had one, when I called to ask about it I was told to go to autozone to get the code read. Turns out the forgot to plug the Mass air flow sensor in, not sure why it would be unglued for an oil change.
