Well organized. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The waiting room is one of the best I have ever seen for a car service. It is clean and comfortable with snacks and water

He was helpful and tried to reset our Ford Pass He was truly interested in the issues I was having. The only thing is he said he would set up an appt for me for the recall and my clock issue and Ford Pass issue but I never heard from anyone. I'm busy during the day so to have Ford reach out to me for an appt would be ideal.
