Josh made sure issue was handled and kept me updated, he has been the only one to listen to what issue I was having with my 2024 xx sunroof squeaking. Very professional through this whole process. Josh, Thank you for being who you are!!

No problems with Harry he was good overall. I feel like a recall repair was missed in the diagnostic process and should have been the first step. In the end my car was repaired. Harry was great.
