Brought it in with the check engine light the first time. They fixed everything but the check engine light. Had to bring it back in. It took over a month to to get the check engine light fixed. I had to keep texting for progress updates and also had to pay a rental car for over a month as my car was in the shop.

My vehicle was not a ford with a ford extended warranty. This made Ralphies job a little harder than normal bc he had to deal with me and the Chevy dealer. He made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. The rental car he hooked me up with was really nice as well. He did such a good job I would consider a ford for my next vehicle just to work with him again.
