Check-in was easy promise to have my vehicle back in two days and it was delivered early in the morning on the second day I was outstanding service

I had a 9 AM appointment. I was in the place almost 3 hours after I sign in and never got to speak to anyone until time to pay for my bill. I wasn’t gave a breakdown of what was actually done during the tuneup. I know it cost $104 and what was on the website was not what I got. I like coming to Ford but it’s a total different set of people there now I thought that would be an improvement. I’ll still always deal with Ford. I like Ford dealerships.
