Very excellent experience would recommend them Their customer service is excellent I have my truck. It's one year and they've been doing my oil changes since a year. It's been amazing. Amazing time with them.

Good but the service department has missed a few things. They have recommended services that already been done.

Usually excellent service, and still love the concierge service, but service tech recommended 'critical' maintenance items well before established mileage service intervals and one service (coolant flush) that had just been performed on the previous service less than 7500 miles ago. That sort of thing does not build trust.

Overall my experience has been positive. Everyone is helpful. The only issue has been from FORD not the local dealer as we are waiting on parts.

I was looking for a car and went to Ford where I met sales man Darian in the used car dept. He introduced himself and offer to help by sending videos of other cars which he did. since I didn’t have much time. I found a car and he had it ready for me to see. He is a pleasant young man.
