I purchased the 2018 Ford Focus from Mall of Georgia Ford with less than 55,000 miles for my son who goes to college in Augusta. We had it 3 months. I called Mall of Georgia and told them how this car stopped on a major highway. Since owning it- It has had 5 motor replacements and 3 head gaskets. I was advised by Mall of Georgia Ford not to tow it 240 miles back to Mall of Geogia Ford. All the repairs were made at one of the finest friendest Ford Dealershps in Augusta. I bought my 2023 F250 at the dealer this dealer which great job on the buying area but I took the truck due to a recall. The truck was only 5,000 miles in it and in perfect conditions. I have a video that I will be posting. As soon as I left the service, a tow signal was on at all times and the turbo didn't sound right and was not putting the same power. I called to get an estimate on replacing the rear pinion seal on an F150. I asked that the estimate be emailed to me. The person told me they can't give estimates over the phone but for a charge could give an estimate. This is no way to do business.

Consistently unreliable. When scheduling an appointment online and you hit the box that asks them to call you they never do. No rentals ever available. Late and uncommunicative when they are supposed to be picking up your car for a service. Happy to say this will be the last time giving our business to them.

Took my car for service. Took it back home. Two days later found Ford damaged the front bumper. Ford refused to fix it. Ford will never have my business again. Ever.

My service advisor was good, however the people doing the service do not care about your vechile or the condition they leave it in. It took longer but everyone I came into contact with was helpful when asked. The extremely non helpful portion was whomever was in my car and left the oil/grease/dirt print on my window trim . I tried to call about it and no one cares . Yes another reason I won't be back .

They are crooks! My husband took his truck there (forgetting the horrible service I had). He took it there for something covered under warranty. When he went to pick it up they told him it was going to be thousands of dollars to repair. I told him to take it to Akins. Akins found that there were a number of things disconnected from the wiring harness. No repair was needed. Akins said that they get unsatisfied customers from MOG Ford ALL THE TIME. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation as a new customer who purchased the vehicle new from the dealership. Stood in lobby for about 4 mins. Had about 6 different people look at me from behind their computers with no greeting or instruction, so I left to never return. You know it's bad when you choose to leave a free service to go pay $114 somewhere else with nice people who care about their customers. Great customer service Ford! ‍

Don't shop here! Don't get your vehicle serviced here! My Ford Edge was what I thought to be in fair condition after them maintaining the car for 2 years. However, it's not. It only has 130k miles. After taking it to another mechanic I find out that the issue that was supposed to be fixed back in 2021 was a misdiagnosis and my issue has been gradually getting worse. Now we need a new motor. Wow! I trusted the "professionals". Never again. I will never buy another Ford and don't recommend this dealership to anyone!
