I do not know if it was because they were through the property management company or not but totally disappointed. We were paying for service before with another company and for 3 years no ants or live bugs. When our property management decided to pay for it so we do not have to have the additional cost, we opted to save money. They sent massey out and although very friendly and lots of great marketing material, they dropped the ball. Don’t use Massey they have gotten too big and they are acting like a company in financial trouble. Not a good sign. Never prepay for services from them, if they are in financial distress you will never see that returned too you.
Don't bother with this service for your home in Houston. They do not do what they say they do on their report either. They say that they do pest prevention by servicing the outside only.(what a joke) If you need inside service it's by appointment only. I can use bug b gone myself for a lot less, and it works. I also have a inside only service for a condo which has other units on all side and the technician comes in sprays a few spots and leaves in 60 seconds.
