Our yard had a fungus that ended up killing 2 huge spots in our yard in April. They came and treated it however, it is still dead in September. They put a couple plugs in 8/17 and said they would be back the next week. Today is 9/13 and they haven’t come back. They haven’t called me to let me know if something was back ordered or delayed. Used Massey for three years. My lawn now is 30% crabgrass. They said they couldn't get rid of the crabgtass. Just wait til it dies in the winter. Now have a service that is killing the crabgrass and bringing back the lawn. Massey nearly ruined my yard.

update 3/25/19 APPOINTMENT WAS AT 11:30 AM TODAY. THEY STILL ARE NOT HERE NO PHONE CALL OR REGARD FOR OUR TIME. HUBBY CALLED AT 1:00 THEY TOLD US SOMEONE WAS ON THEIR WAY. Total lack of communication. Robi show up today to do a pest treatment. then does not spray around the complete house until I call him on it and then he says he will do it again. The technicians always call ahead to confirm when they will be there, they do a complete outside pest service, even getting the spider webs off the house! First class service!

called them about doing a termite letter so we can sell our house. was quoted $250 but they said if we pay the technician cash, it's only $200... our agent informed us that price is very high. called another company and only paid $45!! something just didn't sound right about the pricing and the cash price...

Horrible customer service in the North Charleston branch. Had a technician come and leave twice. Once because the dog was in the backyard and once because my husband was sleeping. However we still had to pay the $80 for a full service we did not receive. The manager Sandy is rude and argued with me when I tried to explain the situation to her but kept saying “she wasn’t going to argue with me”. As an out of state property owner, I prepaid for a year to have the lawn and trees treated and fertilized. I have pictures of my lawn before and after. Based on the pictures, I paid Massey to totally destroy the lawn, and the trees haven't been fertilized since the first time they were out. I would never recommend this company. They are quick to take your money and not provide the quality service they advertise.

If I could give zero stars and still write a review, I would. I have never hired Massey and never will. The termite bond on my house isn't with them and neither was the previous owners. And yet, I get mailers asking me to renew at least three times a week and sales reps leaving business cards in my door no matter how many times I call asking and demanding them to stop. I've been assured I won't receive anything else from them and yet it always shows up. Infuriating. The reps I speak to are condescending and rude and obviousl... read more
