While we are not customers of Massey Services, a technician came on to our property yesterday without our knowledge or permission and dug up subterranean termite baits that were leftover from the previous homeowner’s contract with the company. We have been living in our house since the end of June and while the company said that they sent a letter addressed to “current homeowner”, which we received dozens of from many companies when we moved in, trying to sell us their services, we did not open it. Massey was great at first - then they switched our technician and my grass had brown patches, moles returned and so did weeds- I had to complain a few times before it got handled- then the tech switched again and the same problems came back and after several months of expressing the issues NO changes were made. I actually do not think they even treated my lawn when they said they did- multiple times... This company purposely and with intent, killed my friend's apiary! 5 hives! He is registered with the state to be warned PRIOR to pesticides being sprayed in his area so that he can take the precautions necessary to cover and protect his hives from drift spray. The County provides sufficient notice to local beekeepers, with announcements sent to the local beekeeper clubs. Your Marrietta Ga exterminator willfully killed his bees. Moore, Oklahoma. I would strongly recommend evaluating the training this location has received. We hired them for termite preventive treatment. When the technician (Sony?) arrived he stated what the state law regulations (8-12 inches for drilled holes) were for the treatment but proceeded to not follow state law regulations and did not properly complete treatment (exceeded 12inches) . Please learn from my experience and do not use this company. Although I paid for a monthly service, my lawn ultimately needed to be replaced. I would recommend avoiding this company!

Would not want anyone to go through the experience I have had with this company. Destroyed my yard of Zoysia grass and had nothing but excuses. Told them I wanted my money back from up front payments as they have 100% happy guarantee. Told them we would call it even since I now need to buy $500 worth of Zoysia to fix their mistakes. Nothing. My lawn looks awful and has for months. They keep telling me it needs more water, which is what they told me when we were getting 2-3 inches a week. The tech is great but I have had two managers out and nothing. They put in new sprinkler line in for $100, which I thought was very high since they ran it off another about 4-5 feet away. I purchased the irrigation contract and was under the impression that if the lawn needed more coverage the contract would cover it but no that didn't happen. How about one phone number instead of reaching a different person every time or the obnoxious rude clueless answering service and having to start over every time?

Our yard had a fungus that ended up killing 2 huge spots in our yard in April. They came and treated it however, it is still dead in September. They put a couple plugs in 8/17 and said they would be back the next week. Today is 9/13 and they haven’t come back. They haven’t called me to let me know if something was back ordered or delayed.
