Edited with update!!!!!!---Just got stung in the head and wife in the face ! Third time we call them back out for a recall on services not rendered correctly! Can't get into our vehicles now all I got was a well be their sometime in the morning!!!!!!!!! It's barely 4:00pm seriously!!! The worst possible customer services. They have failed to appear on multiple dates without any sort of communication. They still haven't finished an irrigation project that began in April. They never run out of excuses, but cannot seem to get the job done. Do yourself a favor and never do business with Massey. You will spare yourself endless frustration and time.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. No return calls, only take our money. They definitely don't care about your concerns!
I had an appointment on Memorial day weekend for an inspection and free estimate. At the last minute the tech called and said due to the holiday weekend they would have to reschedule and wanted to know if I could reschedule for this weekend. I agreed and they were supposed to be here at 2 p.m. here it is 5:30 p.m. and they haven't showed up. I tried calling the tech phone and he didn't answer. Hey guys this is not a way to get new business. I've taken my business elsewhere. Thank you.

Massey keeps killing my grass! They tell me it's this & that.. & now look at my grass! They tell me it's my sprinklers (which mind you I pay for them to maintenance them too )... They told me to wait two weeks & it's absolutely the worst I have seen! Please advise on how they can replace my grass
