Massey has destroyed my backyard lawn and keeps promising to make it better or replace the lawn. No one ever shows up to make it better. I have written to their corporate office and they don't do anything but refer me to the local Massey Office. Very poor service.
Could not be more disappointed in this company for landscaping (pest control is awesome) my lawn is brown bald and full of weeds and massy is full of excuses. They put plugs in which died within a few days and there managers and techs contradict each other one says to much water 45 mins later there manger said it is due to drought.

San Antonio location- a nightmare to deal with. I was bill for services that was not provided to my house. When I called, the lady was rude and said there's nothing she can do and that the GM would call me. I am cancelling my service completely if and when the GM calls!

Edited with update!!!!!!---Just got stung in the head and wife in the face ! Third time we call them back out for a recall on services not rendered correctly! Can't get into our vehicles now all I got was a well be their sometime in the morning!!!!!!!!! It's barely 4:00pm seriously!!! And the phone call was worse well what it look like " ugh I didn't stick around to see what's biting me that's why I pay a bug guy!!! Horrible currently seeking new pest control services!!!!!! The worst possible customer services. They have failed to appear on multiple dates without any sort of communication. They still haven't finished an irrigation project that began in April. They never run out of excuses, but cannot seem to get the job done. Do yourself a favor and never do business with Massey. You will spare yourself endless frustration and time.
The commercial service manager was hired with any prior experience in the pest control industry. He came to our business and told us he can't help us because he is new to the industry
