Absolute worst customer service. I’ve requested reservice after reservice to come and treat weeds. They came today (9/8/2020) and literally put on the service tag note that there’s nothing they can do. Ridiculous. Would love a call from corporate office because I still haven’t been offered one refund of service with all the mess going on. I’ve literally have went to Home Depot to buy weed killer because this expensive service isn’t cutting it.

Horrible service and they don’t follow up on concerns!!! Also falsely record what they actually don’t do. Dirt Dobbers around home and they don’t remove!!! Horrible experience. Looking forward to finding a new company

Once had a strong approach to service and results. Not in the past few years. I finally worked with a regional manager who agreed to some improvements but then nothing was done

please do not use this pest control company, once the guy came out and sprayed it left white resude on my vinyl siding i had to have someone come out and get it replaced, they said its from the pesticides so I will never use them again, even the guy from massey came out and said it wasnt from them and hes never seen that in his 14 years of pest services like just own up to your own mistakes

Zero communication. Incomplete and incorrect work. Not worth the money! I am having Massey Services in Eustis complete some landscaping. The the job was quoted in July but delayed due to COVID. No problem. Flexibility is needed in these unprecedented times. However, the contractor showed up last Monday, 8/3. I had to show the crew everything that was supposed to be done. There are tons of pest control services out there and Massey is one YOU SHOULD NEVER GO WITH. They will send you sales guys that sell you a lies that their own technicians don't know they service. They just do not look after you once the service is done! "It's the North Carolina law. There's nothing we can do about." says Massey manager. What a way to run a business.

I also asked for my money back per their money back agreement online and he told there is no money to give back even after I payed them. I will not recommend this service to anyone stay clear!
