This company is horrible! We had their service for a whole yr (lawn care and pest control) and they barely did anything! I constantly had to weed the lawn myself and when they do pest control they do it as if you lived in an apartment complex, they just spray a little to act like they’re doing something! Our lawn looked horrible and we still had bugs! Then when we tried to cancel services they refused and said we had to submit the request to cancel in writing! We had a Technician come out to give us an analysis of our lawn, said a Technician would be coming out the following week to do first Application, I actually had to call Massey & request someone . The man on the phone says, “ Oh your Technician is on vacation!” I reply that’s not my problem! Very unprofessional people! Grass is supposedly has a Fungus, 2 different stories we have been told. Received a letter from Massey's today "Notice of Intention to File a Mechanic's Lien", signed by Scot Harst (general Manager, Massey Services) due to an outstanding bill of $95.00 - which at this point I have paid. I am a US Army and combat veteran with 23 years of service to this country - This is unbelievable and unconceivable business practices. Our lawn has had a fertilizing company for about four years. The first three years were not Massey. The past year has been Massey. In this past year, the quality of our yard has deteriorated immensely. When we transition to Massey, it did not have many weeds or patches of the yard with Chinchbugs. Currently our yard looks absolutely horrible! I had them come out to see if they could make it right and basically they told us to water the yard more. No communication at all, have pulled no call no shows. spoke to service manager, could tell this guy could care less, just speaking words. Will never use again....

Massey Pest Services does an excellent job. They follow up… They return calls… They are customer oriented.. However the shrub and lawn division is another story. The Lake Nona branch, Peter, has not returned calls or followed up with us on an ongoing issue. We are considering not only canceling the lawn and shrub portion of our service, but all of our Massey Services.

I am very disappointed with how my Lawn looks like. It has a lot of patchy areas and weeds. They were not able to fulfill their promise. I hope they will keep up to what they were expected to do.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Buisness in my life. Please do yourself a favor run from this company. Hire a family run company that respects and values its customers.

Did not follow through on calling before they came out. We have a cat that was exposed to their lawn spray because of it. Canceled immediately.
