No communication at all, have pulled no call no shows. spoke to service manager, could tell this guy could care less, just speaking words. Will never use again....

Massey Pest Services does an excellent job. They follow up… They return calls… They are customer oriented.. However the shrub and lawn division is another story. The Lake Nona branch, Peter, has not returned calls or followed up with us on an ongoing issue. We are considering not only canceling the lawn and shrub portion of our service, but all of our Massey Services.

I am very disappointed with how my Lawn looks like. It has a lot of patchy areas and weeds. They were not able to fulfill their promise. I hope they will keep up to what they were expected to do.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Buisness in my life. Please do yourself a favor run from this company. Hire a family run company that respects and values its customers.

Did not follow through on calling before they came out. We have a cat that was exposed to their lawn spray because of it. Canceled immediately.

Tried Massey on an introduction offer. After two services I didn’t not notice any reduction in the bugs around the house. Called in to cancel and pay for the last service. They had issues taking the payment( computer issues). Ended up getting double charged for the service. Had to call two weeks to try to correct the double payment. They realize the mistake but it will take 3 weeks to correct it for a refund. Never heard of such a thing, McDonald’s can even refund while you wait. Bottom line, stay away from this service

Terrible communication - over promised services and severely underperformed. We signed up for pest control, monthly lawn services, and sod replacement on 8/20. The sales rep sold us on how great it would be to have everything bundled together to make for a seamless experience. He let us know it would take two weeks to get new the sod replaced as they needed to kill the grass first and then come in with the replacement. Simply doing everyone a favor by telling you to never use Massey pest control. They are a terrible service that charges way too much for the very little they do to actually treat your home. We still had issues even after the initial visit and then they came out today without scheduling an appointment or even telling us they were coming while my husband and I were at work and did things I could literally do myself and charged 110 dollars! when I called to ask why I was not contacted and why they charged so much the response w... read more

I did not renew the lawn service because Massey did not do what they said they would do. My yard has more weeds in it than when I was treating it.
