Called 5 times to transfer existing services for lawn and termite. No call backs, no quotes.
We had service and then you cancelled it without informing us! Now, the cost has doubled. Punishing a customer because they forgot to pay is absurd. Especially during this past year! Great way to treat my Mother in Law, who will be 81 in a few weeks! We do not recommend this company!!!

While I can’t speak about the service of this company (because I’ve never used them) I can say that their service techs are incredibly rude. Repeatedly they’ve caused issues on our road parking on a major street and today blocking both lanes of traffic. People had to drive on neighbors lawns to get around them and this particular tech didn’t even flinch. As a whole a little courtesy could go a long way here. Management needs to instruct their employees to park on side roads or in driveways, common sense.

Sprayed all my kids toys! I slipped on bug spray coming out of the garage! This is horrible!

Boy, do I wish I had done more research before signing up with Massey for pest control service. They never came out for any of the follow-up services they promised and never filled in any cracks and crevices as they claimed they would. Then they charged me an extra $90 and said it was in my contract. When they sent me a "copy" of the contract I signed they had clearly crossed out one amount and written in another, much higher amount. But since I cannot locate my physical copy, I am just out of luck and $90 I did not expect. ... read more

We have had Massey for many years. In the beginning there was a great guy (Lester) that would come and take care of everything and anything. After he was relocated the service caliber dropped drastically. Service would come, write the invoice and walk around the property to do nothing. The lawn has brown spots all over and they claimed the sprinkler system, which is a whole other story. We have cameras so we would see. I used be a technician there and it was a horrible experience. They pay well, but no balance of family or work life. The management is usually scatter-brained. They threw me in a truck with little training and no direction. They blame everything on the techs whom they don’t train and take no responsibility for themselves. Horribly run. Treat many customers poorly and their techs even worse. Techs are usually burned out in first month. 12+ hour days including nights and weekends.

Worst experience you could possibly have....... On Jan 2nd I signed for both lawn and pest control.... Experiences in both areas were a disaster..... It took 5 months from date of contract for a tech to show up for pest control....June 12th is when someone showed up! They come and soliciate---nobody called them--- to adjust irrigation, telling my wife they will send the bill, when the irrigation is fine....
