The office manager sent my fiancé nudes he was a customer, but found him on fb and sent the nudes I contacted the person in charge to see what is there to be done about this, because that’s inappropriate behavior!!!! From the girl Geneva pence or how ever you spell her first name. I will be pressing chargers I’ve already talked to the cops about her and yes you can press charges for harassment. My fiancé’s reply to this girl was “ ew I don’t want your saggy titty behind.” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!!!

Terrible service. Had them spraying my lawn for over a year Grass looks worse now then ever. Called to cancel and talk to a supervisor he was busy and guess what?? Never got a return call. NEVER AGAIN PROMISES PROMISES TO GET WEEDS UNDER CONTROL NEVER DID.

I had a dead animal next to a rat trap. I called to have it removed per their service. I called after the Ft Myers office closed and was assured that it would be removed the following morning which was Saturday. Nothing happened so I called at 2pm on Saturday to be told the office was closed. The customer care representative then said she would contact a Ft Myers manager on their off hours phone number and have them call me. I've been trying to have Dave L come out since February after my lawn was first, not fertilized entirely and second, overfertilized by the same tech. I gave him a second chance per Dave. Always had great customer service with Justin but he has been promoted. Dave has been a no show, no co tact 4 times in 3 months. Bad customer service. Done with this company.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Don't hire this company. They will overcharge you and will give you 1000 excuses not to cancel your contract!

I understand some animals are a nuisance. But smashing two glue traps together with live rodents attached and tossing them in a dumpster is simply inhumane. I'm disgusted by your services and hope your Owner burns in hell.

When my wife and I moved into our home, the previous owner let us know that they had a balance remaining for a service plan that had been prepaid available with Massey Services. So, we spoke with one of their sale representatives -- Doug Miller. He's incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He helped us get signed up for quarterly pest control services, and lawn/shrub fertilizer. We even had several sprinkler heads replaced around our property. I’ve had their “ Services” for over 3 years. They DO NOTHING! An initial inspection and after that any situation they claim that is not party of the services they offer. This is the second time I’ve had a situation and they claim it’s not part of the service. A snake , “ sorry we don’t do that “ a rodent “ sorry thst not part of service “ they are a Joke!!!!!
