The dealership charged $1800 for diagnostics for a rough running condition and couldn't find the cause. The had the vehicle for more than a month.

Did not see that headlights were out and did not check fluids

The problems with my truck didn't get fixed the first time I took it in to get to be done while still under warranty and wanted to charge me over $900. El Dorado Chevrolet fixed the problem at no charge.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection WITH an appointment. Tech didn't recalibrate tire pressure sensors nor did they take out the paper floor mat and plastic seat protector. It's the details make a difference in customer satisfaction.

A scheduled oil change but still took almost FOUR hours. I would not recommend them based on my recent experience.

they drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil. could have been a disaster. don't work on foreign cars. stick to GMC!
