Never buy used car from these people. Bad business bad service. Never again. The worst mistake I ever made in my life was going through with this people.. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla with 52,000 miles on it. The car looked good after a week later when I picked it up, the car gave me a check engine light.. took it to them to see what's wrong and why i was getting a check engine light. They refused to check what was the reason for the check engine and they didn't help me. Don't buy car here

I no longer own this vehicle, I had taken it in a few days prior and they refused to service it and wasted 2 1/2 hours and only washed it. We had a premium service plan and had made an appointment. Vehicle also had a recall on fasteners for child seats. They said it was too early to service by less than a few days. I later took it to Firestone and gave a worker a tip to top off the tires which were low. Car has a damage on the rear which was not disclosed at the time of inspection and purchased. It was not in any of the photos and descriptions online, neither the salesman disclosed it. When the transaction was complete, car was move in a more light up place it was discovered. From salesman reaction it felt like he wasn't aware of it. He thought it was done by detailing crew and promised it will be fixed correctly, but it wasn't fixed 100%. At delivery floor manager said that's the best I can"

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. 4 trips to dealership before it was even fixed. No communication unless I called them. Been waiting on a refund check for parts i paid for that weren't needed bc warrantied part caused the problem to begin with & now waiting on refund check over 2 weeksaccounting dept hasn't had TIME to issue me a check!!!!!!!!

Wasted my time truck was at dealership 2 weeks and in that time the truck was only moved twice and they want to say nothing is wrong with it in that little amount of movement what do you expect to find and they scratched my door but didnt see it till i got home

Worked with advisor manager and GMC engineers to diagnose issue. At first the dreaded could not replicated was used then magically is was replicated but no solution was found after car in shop for 2 weeks. Continue to work on Resolution but no hopeful

We needed a recall item fixed and asked for service on the "lane keep assist". We scheduled an appointment but when we got there we were informed we would need to leave the vehicle for 4 days and they didn't offer us a loaner. I asked what the purpose of leaving the car, they stated it would be 4 days before they could look at it. If they weren't going to work on it for 4 days then there's no reason for us to be without a car for that time. They couldn't call us when they had time to fix it.
