Loved my experience at MB of Plano, Richard my sales guy was so nice and didn't pressure me once. Nice and clean environment. the service center declined me doing only and oil change/filter, alignment, tire balance. They required me to do a service b package or was told to take it somewhere else. I guess I’ll do only warranty stuff and take the maintenance else where. I do want to mention the staff is very friendly and professional.
I have had great experience at Mercedes Benz of Plano. Both during Sales and now in service. My sales rep Durar has been one of the best and Ali on the service side is equally phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, emphatic and not at all pushy, helping you take right decisions. The only feedback to the management is making a better loaner service as this isn’t the best experience for a luxury brand like Mercedes and not at all par with BMW and other luxury dealerships.
