I returned the leased S550 in early November and do no longer lease or posses that car

Recall work was done just fine. But, when I picked up my car, their technician's inspection report said that I had a bad oil seal leak on the front top of the engine, and that I needed to bring it in to be fixed for $1,000!!! Instead I took it to a private repair shop who looked it over and said the problem was that the Dealer has spilled oil all over when they changed the oil 3 weeks earlier. I didn't need a new seal. This shop cleaned it all up charged me $60. So much for Dealers.

The customer service aspect of it was okay, but the actual service on the vehicle I was not pleased with at all they left my car dirt y grease stains... the mechan didn't clean up after his self at all, the inside of the car was not vacuumed or anything.. I would give zero stars but I have to give at least one to be rated..

Service people very nice but the staff which wash the car broke the sill plate at drivers door, I just see when i got out the car at work, no time to turn back, I return and explain what happened and the service Advisor was very rude and say I can give you a price for repairs on that sill plate his name was MARK COBB,

They said they fixed it first and then when I was driving it back home, found the AC was not working. Had to keep the vehicle two more days while they provided loaner car (that was good). But they do not check the conditions of the car after service before delivery to the customer. The AC was working absolutely fine when I gave them the car for yearly maintenance. They are also not aware of the number of services left to begin with, gave me the wrong information that I still have a service left

This dealership at Plano does not have control of their database. They send out maintenance alerts on two cars I traded into them long ago. It's frustrating to receive alerts to care that I don't own. I'd choose one star but it doesn't allow that.
