No phone support- on hold 2 hours multiple times trying to get account unlocked- if you cant actually walk into the bank you will not be supported. Considering canceling membership.
This is by far the worst bank ever took money from my account with no explanation.sent money back to the dealer rude on the phone when we were asking about it . Gave 3 different answers why . I will never use them again
This Bank will rob you blind! I had made an account and thought I had free ATM, It took a long time until I noticed I had been being charged large amounts of money. I called they didn't care, I asked for a supervisor and was told "I am a supervisor!" She then told me I would only get 3, of my last transaction's back. She never even did that. They Robbed me blind!
The worst customer service is experienced when calling in to their call center. I was on hold for one hour and fifteen minutes. Even at that length of time, no one came on to take my call. I decided to hand up. I had closed out an account, and thought it was all set. However, a statement arrived today showing, there was still the $5.oo membership fee. I have never had an online loan payment system which is as difficult to use as MetroCU. I strongly encourage finding a loan elsewhere. Each month is a different issue. You need to complete PAPER forms and mail back to do recurring payments. Who does that in 2022. They have multiple places to login and change screens so you need to figure out where to login each month. Plan to spend an hour or so waiting for help, and if you get transferred, most likely to the wrong location.
The worst customer service in the banking industry! Long wait time On phone tree and never able to resolve customer issues that they create by giving false information.
I wish i could give this place 0 stars. This bank is awful. I have my auto loan with them and every single month it's another issue. I schedule my payment for a specific date and it doesn't get processed till days later and instead gets refunded which ends up being a fee from my bank and a late fee from them!!!! You can sit on hold with them for hours and nobody will ever pick up the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. nothing but problems.
I have been banking with Metro for 5 or more years fees have gotout of hand , being that they don't have automatic deposits you would think they would get deposits before accessing fees Angry about it!!!!!!
I've honestly stuck with you guys through a lot... A LOT! You guys had decent dividends on savings, good teller service, the convenience of online banking, refunding ATM fees, etc. etc. At this point... the frustration is quickly outweighing the benefits.
