I felt safe... (Verified Renter) I felt safe but the only downside is paying for services that you don't use. Like I did not get pest control on a monthly basis.

The apartment model exceeded my expectations and definitely gave me a good idea of what my very own space could potentially look like. I really love that you have the option of painting areas of your choice in the apartment. Mike was a great help. Awesome conversationalist! Looking forward to working with him in future!
