Slo-o-o-o-o-ow Max speed is supposed to be 12 black ink pages per minute. Mine does 2 in a minute. That's a bit off.
Its mediocre at best The printer seems to have problems printing certain colors. I've done cleaning multiple times I am not sure what else to do.
PROBLEM REVISING AND SENDING WIFI I called amazon for help on my printer they couldn't resolve my problem so they got in contact with the brother manufacturer its a problem with the WiFi so they guide me through to reset it and put a new address on the wifi everything stared to work fine for two days now its back doing the same thing to the point i had to buy another printer on till amazon figures out what i should do next I'm not really happy its been not even a week with this brother printer and it says 1 year of ink About... read more
Never worked and wasted paper and time. Wasted 80 papers to print 20 papers. My HP4400 from last decade Is far better than this latest.
STOP! Read This First I’m not sure where to start for this horrible printer! I previously had a brother printer similar to this one that cost half as much it worked great, I cannot say the same for this. This is been the worst thing I have spent money on for all of 2019. So disappointed. Cheap junk. I could not be more disappointed in this purchase. If this review can help someone rethink their purchase, then it’s worth it. 1., The quality is just as cheap as can be. I’m worried about moving any of these slide tabs because the plastic is so flimsy and low quality. 2. The system gets very confused and hard to manage unless you are on-line! Buyer beware I ordered this because my HP fizzled out. Unfortunately, there is no warning about the compatible operating systems in the online specs. This printer will not work with Windows XP and after an hour on the phone with customer support I was told to get a new computer. My computer works just fine and that is ridiculous. I kept the printer and use it with my Apple products but very disappointed.
Wait to buy until they fix it. Paper is very difficult to change type.
Two sided printing and Scanning This printer is not good for basic home/office use for the following. Dislike--does not do two sided coping for the ADF(Automatic Document Feeder). Only does two sided coping form the scanning bed/glass. Dislike--Scanning quality is not very good. Like--Print quality is good. Does two sided printing is good and petty quick. As a personal printer for a student or very basic home ii is ok.
