Does Not Work/ delivery sucked too!! First of all my product was delayed because Amazon send it to the wrong hub. It was supposed to be here on the 3rd or the 4th finally got here today because they had to send it UPS. Looks nice, set up was easy but now it won’t print from any device. I *still* can't get it to work wirelessly It looks like a good printer, but I haven't been able to print anything. The directions are simplistic and did not work for me. I'm tempted to by a cable to bypass the wireless issue, but that's NOT what I want. It does make a good paperweight though. (The Brother website is awful as far as technical help).
OK FOR THE PRICE - NOT Great For Business Use It goes without saying, you never know what you had until it is gone. My $150 high-end 2015 printer died. The part to replace/fix costs more than I paid back then. OH how I miss it so. I spent a lot of time and energy trying to compare operating costs, functionality and the really important issue of how much does the ink cost and how much are you going to be paying. one year of ink??? My ink only lasted three months - and that was printing below the recommended 160 pages a month. I had to keep my HP printer to print the rest. (I print a lot and believed Brother when they said it was a year's worth of ink.) The printer also jams when I use vellum paper. And the quality isn't any better than any other printer. Disappointed.
difficult to setup, cannot get it to print envelopes, tiny paper tray, does not 2-side scan This printer has a good ink life, and does print fairly well (nothing to note either way). Requires regular maintenance / wifi printing failure This printer puts out good documents but after having it for only six weeks it suddenly started printing blank pages after working fine just the day before. I printed from multiple devices and got the same result even after ensuring I had the latest drivers. When that didn't work I ran a print head cleaning job and that got the colors working but not black. like it but need help I have had this product for a few months and have not been able to connect it to my WiFi. I love the product and I purchased it because of not having to purchase ink every few months but I have not been able to use it yet.
Scanner stops working after a few times of use I got to use the scanner around 10 times before it stopped functioning--it now adds black rectangles onto the page. I tried everything I could find online--resetting, cleaning the glass, etc. but the problem still persists. I received no customer support even after reaching out.
Pathetic Printer This printer performed ok for 2.5 months. It is extremely hard to scan, copy or do anything. Still had patience with it.
