Constant problems Total piece of crap!!! The 2 year warranty is only repair or replace, nothing to do with constant problems. The printer worked great for a month then a "paper jam" error message appeared. There was no paper jam just a bad sensor. Then the print quality went to heck. Only way to print was constant cleaning. I called Amazon support and they said the issue was with Brother since I was past the return window. Bottom line is once you buy this lemon and keep it past the return window you are stuck with it . Not the best choice for a crafter like me! I've printed less than 20 sheets of sticker paper and my ink quality is streaky and not true color at all. Definitely not pleased and I don't anticipate there being ink for up to 1 year as the box states when it already looks terrible.
Worked great for two months Two months after getting this printer it would fail with paper load issues, and sheets that did print would be missing lines or be generally out of alignment. After burning through a stack of paper cleaning the print heads and running through the printer maintenance, nothing fixed the issue. Support is pretty bad, Brother said they would replace it, then emailed me saying it's backordered, and that I would receive a call about it. Nobody called me. Broke in 3 Months Purchased this machine and it broke in 3 months. Tried to register the product for warranty. It says the Serial Number is not valid. Can't get ahold of Brother to even find out what to do. Should have purchased and HP.
Not 2020 compatible/. Windows 7 Not pleased with difficulty connecting to my IPhone to print.... I didn’t know it was outdated/ 2017-2018. Model....Also when in use... it enabled my home phone line.... I had to call Spectrum Tech to reconnect my home phone....I have to return it....very disappointed....arlivialee7@gmail.com
