Don't waste your money First printer did not work after 2 weeks. Brother sent a "new" one. It did not work from day one. They asked us to send it back. We did. The THIRD printer still has not arrived. I wish I could believe the third time may be a charm with this one, but after having 2 other brother printers (of a different model) that have cost me numerous hours and headache, I have no faith left. Kicking myself for buying this thing!
Always jamming I have only had this machine since 2/27/17 and it is down more than it is up! It jams all the time. I am surprised because I've been using Brother printers for 15 years and never had this issue. Sad:(
I have wasted hours fixing the issue to no avail I have constant WIFI issues. At least once every two weeks my WIFI WLAN signal shows as active and strong signal, yet my scanner won't work. It shows a "check connection!" error. I have wasted hours fixing the issue to no avail. Every few weeks it happens again. Printer works great, but if you are trying to be a paperless company, get ready to waste your time regularly. :(
I'm so disappointed in this printer I'm so disappointed in this printer. The print quality is below average and it prints too slow. I've had this printer for two months now and wish I had sent it back. However, the unpacking process was quite the endeavor, so I didn't feel like boxing it back up and shipping it back to Amazon. My nine year old HP inkjet all-in-one printer beats this laser printer in print quality and it's at least as fast. I'm not a happy consumer.

Worst Printer I ever owned! I had to replace an older printer urgently in the middle of a time sensitive job and this seemed to be a good price for a good printer. But I was never happy with this printer, and last week when it refused to turn on any more (electrical wiring issue, I think) after probably less than a year of use, instead of being upset, I rejoiced that I finally had an excuse to get rid of the thing! Amazon customers are right: This is a 5-star All-in-one! QUICK SUMMARY: No more ink cartridges! And a printer that always stays online! Hallelejah! Does not fuse toner to page well Have had this printer about 4 months now and have noticed that when printing or copying jobs larger than 5 pages that the toner does not always get solidly fused to random pages. Some pages are fine and on others the print smudges under your thumb when you hold the page or rubs against another page or object. Never had this problem with other, larger Brother MFC printers.
