Horrible setup make that HORRIBLE I've been on the phone now with Brother for over an hour, trying everything, and it will not receive. I'm currently waiting for a level 2 tech, for one last try before I box it back up and take it back. This is ridiculous. The guy then tried to blame it on my phone company, and I know there is nothing wrong with the phone line as it has been receiving faxes for 5 years just fine on my old machine (HP). We gave up on wireless connecting and decided to WIRE everything but it still pretty awful. COPIER only makes 1/2 a page copy .. After 1 year I'm already having to move to another printer. SCANNER no longer wants to connect to the computer. I think BROTHER has printing down to a T but the rest is not reliable at all.
No wireless and wired at the same time You cannot use the wired and wireless at the same time, which makes this printer useless in an office setting, or even most homes with multiple devices. Very disappointing.

It hasn't ever worked well for me. Very buggy and cheap. I've had this printer for a year and a half. I'm going to be throwing it away and replacing it with another brand. It has given me nothing but problems. The screen freezes when I am setting the time, entering the wifi password, etc. It drops wifi connections constantly. When it prints, it prints fine. It is just too much hassle. Glad it was on sale when I bought it.
What I got was a lemon. It was missing ... What I got was a lemon. It was missing the numeric keypad. I realized the problem only when I was changing the drum and was trying to reset it.
Its not Wireless... I made the mistake ... Its not Wireless... I made the mistake of ordering this printer, I did return it and and order another printer suitable for my needs.
One Star Too complicated
Awful. Awful, awful, awful. Did I ... Awful. Awful, awful, awful. Did I mention its awful? After about a month I had issues with it not wanting to scan and having to restart it to get it to work. Now it wont print at all. Says its connected and I cant figure out what the problem is. Tried restarting it and a variety of other things but it just wont work. Don't buy!!
