Great Value Have had a few weeks. Easy setup. Printing from iMac Yosemite, iPhone, iPad, HP Pavilion without any difficulty. Fax is fast and flawless. Good quality printing. Recommended highly.

Great printer I have an office in my home for a small business my wife and I own. I have four printers and 3 computers in my office. I purchased this printer to replace the Brother MFC-7820 which is still going strong. The Brother is my go to printer for almost everything. The only reason for the replacement is that the MFC-7820 does not support Windows 8 except as a printer and I use this it as a multi-function machine. Quick, easy wifi setup; quiet; fast; works with macbook/ ipad Great Printer. Took 10 minutes to take out of box and print over wifi from my macbook running OS X 10.9 Maverick. Wifi setup took 2 minutes (using usb cable). No problem printing from ipad either. Scanner works great too. Have not tried fax. It's very compact and quiet. Seems to print/ wake up in seconds.
wont last ong after 3 years and light use, the printer will not start as a capacitor has malfunctioned

Poor quality This printer broke down less than 2 years in and with very light use.
Printer wont cut back on Purchased this product in 2017. Very pleased with my printer until I shut it off the other day and now it wont cut back on!! I am really upset because I use this product for business and I have not had it very long. Now I have to buy another printer right away. Dont know what to do about this printer. Did not even have it 3 years!!!
What a total joke! You have to RE-ENTER wifi password every time What a pile of junk! Every stinking time I want to print with wifi I have to re-enter wifi password. Such a headache. You'd think a company that makes printers could figure this out. Guess not! Specifically bought for wifi feature but this makes it totally useless. Scanner works great albeit a tad slow. Duplex is also slow but printer would be great and get a good review if it wasn't a total joke with wifi!
