I have worked with Matt through multiple loans: new purchase, refinance, and investment property. He is fabulous to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone needing financing. He always closes at the best rate, on time and on budget.

Alice made it a point to do her best making my first home buying experiencing as smooth as it can be. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to any questions which was very important to my as this was a learning experience.
To put it bluntly, I was terrified of the whole FTH process but Teresa and her team made everything as easy as possible (even when I made it difficult by changing jobs). From the pre-approval all the way through to the closing, Teresa was available for anything (and even a few occasions where I needed reassurance in what I was doing was not only correct, but best for me in my investment). I will certainly be pressing my friends and family to go through Teresa and Mid-Island Mortgage in the future!
