Teresa worked on my loan process a few years ago and has helped with two refinances. She is always quick to respond and answer any questions I have. Teresa is very professional, efficient, and simply great at what she does. Would not work with anyone but!

I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa McNeill-Balian on several occasions. She is always professional, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all honest. Alice made it a point to do her best making my first home buying experiencing as smooth as it can be. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to any questions which was very important to my as this was a learning experience.

To put it bluntly, I was terrified of the whole FTH process but Teresa and her team made everything as easy as possible (even when I made it difficult by changing jobs). From the pre-approval all the way through to the closing, Teresa was available for anything (and even a few occasions where I needed reassurance in what I was doing was not only correct, but best for me in my investment). I will certainly be pressing my friends and family to go through Teresa and Mid-Island Mortgage in the future!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Teresa at Mid Island on two mortgages and mutiple REFIs. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions, Teresa always made us feel like a priority. Teresa Balian was one of the most Professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dong business with. As a business owner, I come into contact with many lenders. As I have mentioned to Teresa in passing, I would hire her in a minute if we owned a business which bought and sold real estate.

I have known Kevin for over 15 years and he has refinanced several of my properties. He recently assisted my son in obtaining a mortgage as a first time buyer. Vick was incredible to work with throughout purchase process of our first home. As most first time home buyers, I had LOTS of questions. Vick addressed them right away, and offered easy to understand explanations. No one comes close to matching Vick's level of customer service. I would recommend him to anyone, honesty to the highest level!!
