Stephanie Santoro was such a great person to work with. She was there with us through every step of the mortgage process. Very prompt at returning phone calls and emails, especially when we had concerns. Couldn't have asked for any more. She's very professional and cares a lot about the people she works with.
Matt is an excellent lender to work! My husband and I were first time buyers and he literally walked us through the process and even helped connect us with a great broker. He was always available even with the crazy hours I work. He definitely went above and beyond with us and made this process less frightening and more manageable. Would work with him again.

If you are looking for someone to look out for your best interests this is your lender. Being a first time home buyer who is new to real estate, it was a pleasure dealing with Vincenzo. He walked me through the entire loan process step by step to assure me i was getting the best rate possible and that i understood what was going on. Until the day of closing we had daily communication to make sure the deal was closed on time.
Matt was extremely responsive and helpful as I sought information about the Boston housing market. Even though I made it very clear that I was not planning to buy for quite a while, he provided prompt, thorough answers to all my questions. I have a much better sense of the cost-benefit of renting vs. owning and the costs involved should I choose to move forward with a purchase at a later date.
Working with Gus at Mid-Island was overall an excellent experience. As a young, first time home buyer the experience for me and my fiancé was quite nerve-wrecking. Gus made us feel confident in our decisions with our mortgage options and was very accessible if we had any questions.
