Matt was extremely responsive and helpful as I sought information about the Boston housing market. Even though I made it very clear that I was not planning to buy for quite a while, he provided prompt, thorough answers to all my questions. I have a much better sense of the cost-benefit of renting vs. owning and the costs involved should I choose to move forward with a purchase at a later date.

Working with Gus at Mid-Island was overall an excellent experience. As a young, first time home buyer the experience for me and my fiancé was quite nerve-wrecking. Gus made us feel confident in our decisions with our mortgage options and was very accessible if we had any questions. He was able to get a great mortgage plan which my fiancé and I could easily work with. I highly recommend using Gus and his team over at Mid-Island Mortgage.

I was very satisfied with Mid Island Mortgage. Steph was great. She took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot), and she was very good at explaining things in a way I could easily understand. I would definitely recommend her!

Susan was a stellar agent for us in our somewhat complicated re-fi. She knew her stuff, she was efficient, and she got our closing set up in excellent time. Getting a mortgage can be nerve-wracking and stressful; but Susan was always available and reassuring, answering our calls on the first ring; and she did everything on her side as fast as could possibly be done.
