Susan was a stellar agent for us in our somewhat complicated re-fi. She knew her stuff, she was efficient, and she got our closing set up in excellent time. Getting a mortgage can be nerve-wracking and stressful; but Susan was always available and reassuring, answering our calls on the first ring; and she did everything on her side as fast as could possibly be done. The seller wanted an extremely fast closing which was one of the reasons they excepted our offer, Jon said he could make it happen and he did just that . Jon , was on top of everything and we went to closing with out any issues. He was great!
Matt was incredible throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. I was very intimidated by the thought of having my credit/income scrutinized.
