The seller wanted an extremely fast closing which was one of the reasons they excepted our offer, Jon said he could make it happen and he did just that . Jon , was on top of everything and we went to closing with out any issues. He was great!

Matt was incredible throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. I was very intimidated by the thought of having my credit/income scrutinized. Without knowing much about the process of qualifying for a mortgage and purchasing a home, to say that I was nervous would be an understatement! Ben made our dream a reality! buying your first home could be scary at times. but ben was always there for us at all hours of the night, answered our phone calls and texts during weekends! went above and beyond expectations, got us closed on time, I would definitely recommend him!

Stephenie Santoro of Mid Island mortgage was the most comfortable lender to work with. She kept in touch with us every day giving updates on the progress of our loan. If we had a question she took the time to explain it. She made the process go so smoothly before we knew it we're closing on the house.

Ben is such amazing person to deals with He was there whenever we need him the best thing about him it's to communicate over texting due my busy schedules. Ben was a pleasure to deal with. He also went above and beyond in dealing with my busy schedule with late phone calls and meetings. I feel like there is nothing he wouldn't do to help someone get a loan. It was a pleasure working with Ben and if I go through this process again he will be the first person I call.

During the entire process, as complicated and tedious as our situation was, Kevin worked with us to the best of his ability. He was very attentive and understanding. As first time home buyers, it's difficult to trust a stranger with such a big decision, but Kevin made it easier to do. He is still helpful even a year later after the closing, helping us refinance for a lower rate and answering any questions we have.
