Brenda& Miguel sales staff were very professional. However , The General Manager ,Weston was very disappointing in how disrespectful and condescending he spoke to me. He actually stated " I don't have to sell this car to you" after I asked a question about the 2012 Kia Sorento we had chosen. I politely stated he " was dismissed " . Our salesman Miguel returned to the desk and we completed our transaction. BRENDA 5 STARS MIGUEL 5 STARS WESTON ???

They damaged my vehicle I went in just for a standard diagnosis an got my car back with a bad alignment issue and a gashed tire

Said my car battery was perfectly fine and then had the car battery die a week later. They had a 90 day road side assistance program that they said they didn't know how to help me set up. Changed bulbs of front headlights and they are dim and look old.

Hello! We did check your battery and it tested good, photo was attached. We also recommended servicing your battery, there was major corrosion. We shared a video with you, but you declined. We have no record of changing any light bulbs here. Thanks.

Did not fix the problem what so ever with my radio/bluetooth/usb connection.

After the sale, the shop did a partial fix on the front end per our sales agreement, replacing 6 of 8 control arm bushings. Alignment was never done because they apparently didn't know how to do it. They did manage to beat the daylights out of the sway bar links, tie rod adjuster sleeve, and the drag link even has visible surface cracks from a hammer beating it. Yes, I have pictures too. took them two months and two wrong diagnostics to fix the truck. They charged $2000 more than what was quoted...

Tried to sell me tires and 5old me mine were no good when they were new

So we went there with issues that we're having and then the guy said that the other place is trying to sell us on something that we didn't need it was something that we need to get fixed and it's sad because we can't even take it to the dealership to get it fixed we have to take it elsewhere your people are incompetent
