Worst car buying experience of my life. Classic bait and switch from one salesperson to another. Never go there. Sorry but Im always honest.

Every word from the salesman was false and a lie, just to get the sale. Terry in finance was excellent and a true professional, the only reason this wasnt a one star.

They were supposed to replace with an Alpine radio but instead replaced it with a Jensen radio. When I picked it up and told them, the service advisor told me it wasnt on him and to talk to the service manager. When she came out and I told her the issue she said I was lying and she didnt know what I was talking about instead of checking with sales before calling the customer a liar. This was the fourth time having to bring my Jeep in when I just bought it a month ago. I brought it in because it was overheating and the carfax report said the brakes were over due. There Was no coolant and the brakes shouldnt have been over due if Midway Nissan actually checked everything like they said they did when I purchased the vehicle. Terrible job performed. Service advisor was less than helpful. Will not bring my car back for service ever again.

Poor customer service. Felt rushed and pressured! No callbacks or updates when expected. I wont buy from here again

I had to bring my jeep in because they said they did a full inspection before I bought it and took it home but I found several things that were wrong big and small that anyone would have caught if they actually had gone over it like the front right light was out, needed new windshield wipers, a chip in the windshield, the winch remote was missing, and when I drove it home it was going to the left so bad there was clearly something wrong.
