I won't be returning to midway nissan

I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I was told it would take 2 hours. After 3 hours of hearing nothing I went to check the status of my car only to be told that they were behind. They hadn't even started my car. I went to the main dealer office to get help. At least with their help I was finally able to get my car back. I would have thought my case was the only one but I talked to two other customers while waiting. They were going through the exact same situation. My vehicle is asking me to change my oil after one month buying the car.

3 steering racks & $7700 and it's still not fixed. Their service department is falling apart & there's no accountability.

They were supposed to check the fluid levels and two days later the windshield wiper warning went on for insufficient fluid. Apparently, they only said they checked it. They also never reviewed the inspection report or gave me a hard copy of it. I also called the customer service manager who failed to return my call.

Should have never had to take this used car in for a major repair after just 2 weeks from the date of purchase at Midway Nissans dealership. Now it's back in a private shop for more major repairs. Midway Nissan sold me a used car lemon and knew it!!
