Took my car in for Bluetooth issue with vehicle radio fine GPS fine came out screen totally dark black radio not working? They dont know what they did But did admit all was working when it went in other than the Bluetooth. Had to leave the car overnight again and they then said the technician must have crimped a wire but it all works fine now. The salesman was rude and misleading. The finance guy straight out lied to me and when I tried to get clarification no one could/would help. I will never purchase from them again.
The yellow writing is still on my front wind shield that was never removed after the service was complete. Tell me is that good or bad service.
Midway Nissan damaged my windshield while servicing my car and refused to repair it.
Terrible experience and the company does not fulfill certified used warranties

I worked with Carlos in the sales department. He was quick and efficient, able to match the price they had posted online. I'd give him a 5* review. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and made it a quick and painless experience. Unfortunately, Juan in the finance office was absolutely terrible. He was beyond a doubt the pushiest salesman I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Overcharged and did services that i did not ask for spoke to manager he said he was going to get back to me but until this day i have not hear from him.
There was a lot of back and forth negotiations but we finally settled on a fair price. Working with their business office however was a total nightmare- very disrespectful, rude and anxious to go out of their way to create problems. Thus I would never do business with this dealer again.
The service dept was great but the sales dept suvked they stole my Altima away from me font think its right for sales people to prey on service clients took me out of my 2017 downgraded my car to a Sentra 2016 no automatic seats raised my payments up not happy with Midway spent 6 hours there left in tears very poor service never go there again for anything!!
