I told my car there told them what was wrong. They had my car for over 5 hours and couldn't figure out it was a dirty8air filter.

Still getting "low windshield fluid warning light" after two requests to have it looked at. Hoping to have resolved on next visit.

Victor is awesome! What I don't like about this service department, is being lied to about things needing to be fixed/replaced, just to have someone else tell me that is incorrect and those things are just fine. This has happened here in the past, therefore, I am skeptical of recommended service from you.

Wanted to have windshield wipers changed. They took them off only to discover they only have the drivers side. What the heck is that? How else was the service if they were going to charge for two wipers and only had one. Did they rotate tires or really changed the oil? I am very disappointed in the service

They didn't fix ANY of the true issues I had with that truck, I brought it in for a full service and just wanted everything done after just buying the truck, I bring it in I get my fluids done and belts changed by then, but my bushing are ALL bad, I'm replacing most of them myself now after this ordeal AND they just decided that they didn't need to replace the clutch so now I'm buying a new flywheel and clutch, this midway Nissan is the most terrible place I've been for dealerships, didn't explain the price breakdown of part... read more

Typical scummy dealership. The price shown isn't the price you'll pay because they'll add on some sort of sealant (that wasn't just a joke in the movie Fargo) and undervalue your trade-in with made-up defects. Then, the waiting game. I wasn't planning to be there for several hours, but they have to do that in order to wear you down and then try to sell you on an extended warranty. Absolutely horrible they don't acknowledge your issues. They claim to check your whole car when you're telling them there's a problem and they don't do anything three times. They came back and told me there was nothing wrong with my car.., took me going to get a second and a third opinion for them to acknowledge something was wrong. The Service technicians don't care the manager doesn't care .. you pay 90.00 for an oil change and they do t tip your fluids off either ..

Brenda& Miguel sales staff were very professional. However , The General Manager ,Weston was very disappointing in how disrespectful and condescending he spoke to me. He actually stated " I don't have to sell this car to you" after I asked a question about the 2012 Kia Sorento we had chosen. I politely stated he " was dismissed " . Our salesman Miguel returned to the desk and we completed our transaction. BRENDA 5 STARS MIGUEL 5 STARS WESTON ???
