We went to Midway Nissan because that was the recommended Carfax facility to go to. They charges $111 to rotate the tires and do an oil change. The mileage was 39,671 mi. And now they want us to come back and get charged again to do a 40,000 mile inspection. They are rip off and I would never go there again. You shouldn't either.

I was not satisfy with the repair that they did. The amount was way high when they had told me it was going to be something else.the part they fix was not new.

They were very dishonest and their service department manager name I believe Mike was very rude and arrogant, he had no knowledge and experience to be in that position, I took my 2013 Nissan Altima over to Midway Nissan to repair my front signal running light but instead he was trying to convince me that my car is not designed for the signal light to stay on, I told them that I purchased this car here and I own it since 2013 and it was always on, they told me the reason why it was on because you put a wrong light bulb in it ... read more

Guy was great, car was obviously not fully inspected prior to trying to sell it. Multiple things falling apart in side car, stains on the seat... definitely a turn and burn vehicle.
I was quoted 425.00 Upon pickup, the bill was 588, with no phone call in between.

When I got back into my car, the temperature was set at 65 degree and radio was almost full volume. Seat was all the way back and down to the floor. I won't be going back there again.

Not so great this time, I ended up spending almost $1000 on repairs for 60,000 mile service then ended up taking it back several days later. I had oil all over my garage floor from something that they had done and had to wait almost 2 hrs for them to fix that. At least it got fixed as I was headed out of town.

Had a seatbelt malfunction (wouldnt unroll, no accident, normal use) clearly covered by warrantee, was charged a diagnostic and Then offered the opportunity to pay $600 for a part they didnt even have in stock. Again, manufacturers warranty covers this, and is supposed to be no charge at all. Im not sure how the experience couldve been worse.

Took my car in for recalls got it back with no ac. Was told it wasnt their fault and that it was purely coincidence. I ended up getting my ac compressor replace as they recommended but at a different service center and still no ac.
